Project Outline

Reefscape was appointed by a Pattaya based aquatics provider to inspect works carried out by their own subcontractors. The project had be haulted by the overseeing project managment team Cornerstone Management due to Owners concerns of safety..

Reefscape's role was to provide an independent report for reference in the dispute between all parties.

Reefscape attended site, inspected the works and found severe design and construction quality flaws. These flaws had resulted in severe delays to project timelines and partial flooding of the project's basement.

Reefscape found the aquarium provider and subcontracting firms to be severely negligent, not qualified or to have any past experience within the specialist field of aquarium design and building.

The test report and designs supplied enabled the Owner, Project Management firm and Main Contractor to terminate their contract with the Pattaya based aquatics provider and move forward and complete the project.
