Acrylic tanks do scratch easier than glass tanks. Proper care should be taken when handling acrylic tanks. Scratch removal is easy and in most cases takes less than an hour. If an acrylic panel gets scratched, a glass one probably would too. Scratches can not be polished out of glass tanks.
